John Albiston

John Albiston is an experienced church leader and effectiveness coach with a strong background in church planting, multi-site operations, and revitalization strategies. Since October 2017, John has been working as an Effectiveness Coach for PAOC, where efforts have led to increased growth in churches that were previously stagnant. Prior roles include serving as Pastor of Campus Development at Victory Church, where assimilation and growth systems were established, and leading congregations at Trailview Alliance Church and The Journey Church, both of which underwent significant turnarounds and outreach initiatives. John's extensive educational background includes a Master of Divinity from Regent College and a Bachelor of Arts in History and Philosophy from The University of Lethbridge. Experience spans various pastoral positions since 1994, contributing to innovative evangelism and community engagement efforts throughout diverse church settings.
