Delphine Taillier

Delphine Taillier (Courvoisier) currently serves as DRH at PAP.fr since February 2023. Prior to this, Delphine held the position of Directrice de projet RH at Rex-Rotary, focusing on crisis management, and was Responsable des ressources humaines at Fremantle, where the emphasis was on social dialogue. Delphine's experience in human resources includes a significant role at Wavy, where responsibility encompassed establishing the HR function and implementing the PAYFIT remuneration system. Earlier career roles include positions at CHANEL as an International Financial Analyst and various financial controlling roles at GROUPE NOVALY, Yves Rocher, CLSA, and PwC. Delphine holds an MBA in Human Resources Management from Université Paris Dauphine attained between 2020 and 2021, as well as a Master degree in Audit and Financial Advisory from the same institution, completed in 1995.
