Chris Koepsel

Chris Koepsel has extensive work experience, starting with their role as a Masters Data Consultant at VSR Financial Services from October 2005 to June 2006. Chris then worked as a Compliance Examiner at Waddell & Reed from August 2006 to August 2007. Chris joined McDermott Will & Emery as a Summer Associate from May 2008 to August 2008. Following that, they worked as a Summer Associate at Sullivan & Cromwell LLP from May 2009 to August 2009. Chris then became a Corporate Associate at Latham & Watkins in October 2011 and held this position until December 2018. Chris later transitioned to roles at Papa & Barkley, starting as General Counsel from December 2018 to August 2020. Chris then became Chief Administrative Officer & General Counsel from August 2020 to March 2022. Currently, Chris is serving as EVP & COO, General Counsel at Papa & Barkley since March 2022.

Chris Koepsel completed a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Business and Biochemistry at The University of Kansas from 2001 to 2005. Following that, from 2007 to 2011, they pursued a Doctor of Law (JD) degree at USC Gould School of Law. Simultaneously, from 2009 to 2011, they also earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree at USC Marshall School of Business.
