Angela Jorgensen

Angela Jorgensen, PhD, currently serves as Vice President of HR Technology & Organizational Design at Papa John’s, a position held since August 2019, where prior roles included Vice President of HR, Talent & Organizational Effectiveness and Senior Director of Talent & Organizational Effectiveness. With extensive experience in talent management and organizational development, Angela previously worked as Director of Talent Management & Organizational Development at Vectren and held various leadership roles at UPS for nearly three decades, culminating in the position of Director, Performance Consulting. As an adjunct faculty member at the University of Louisville from January 2013 to June 2023, Angela contributed to masters-level courses in HR and Organizational Development. Angela holds a PhD in Educational Leadership and Organizational Development from the University of Louisville, a Master's in Adult Education and Distance Education from the University of Phoenix, and a Bachelor's degree in Middle School Education from the University of Louisville.
