Mariana Aguirre is an experienced professional with a diverse background in nutrition, education, and business management. Currently serving as the owner of AMAR - Productos Orgánicos since August 2020, Mariana oversees an online store dedicated to organic products for body care and environmental sustainability. In addition, Mariana has been an Assistant Compliance Officer at La Alhondiga Centro Cambiario S.A. de C.V. since January 2016. Previously, Mariana owned and managed Barbería El Galgo Negro from November 2017 to November 2019, worked as a nutritionist in a private practice from February 2016 to 2019, and taught applied mathematics related to nutrition and the history of food at a vocational training school from August 2016 to August 2017. Mariana's educational background includes a Diploma in Business Administration from Universidad Anahuac Online and a Bachelor’s degree in Food, Nutrition, and Well-being from Universidad del Centro de México.
