Kayla Hanzelka-Brown has a diverse work experience in the healthcare industry. Kayla is currently the Director of Healthcare Partnerships at Papa, where they oversee the nation's first curated human companionship network for elderly individuals. Prior to this role, they worked at Honor as the Director of Growth and Partnerships, where they played a key role in building a national network of high-quality home care agencies.

Before joining Honor, Kayla worked at Amedisys as the Area Vice President of Sales - Hospice, providing sales leadership across multiple states in the Western US. Kayla achieved significant success by streamlining the referral-to-admission process and exceeding admission goals. Additionally, they held several positions at Kindred at Home, including Area Vice President of Sales - Hospice and Regional Sales Development Director - Home Health & Hospice. In these roles, they achieved exceptional sales results, transformed the company culture, and provided field-level support and training.

In their early career, Kayla held a position at Harden Healthcare, LLC as the Associate Director of Sales Training, where they facilitated training programs for home health and hospice new hires. Kayla also worked at Girling Health Care as a Business Development Specialist, responsible for generating revenue through targeted referrals from various healthcare professionals.

Kayla Hanzelka-Brown earned their Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Texas A&M University-Commerce, which they attended from 2001 to 2005. Following their undergraduate studies, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree at the same university from 2006 to 2008.
