Kelechi Nwosu

Kelechi Nwosu is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in contact center operations and inventory management. Currently serving as the Contact Center Team Lead and Contact Center Supervisor at Papa since February 2021, Kelechi previously held a role in inventory management at Shell from August 2011 to September 2017, where responsibilities included overseeing warehouse operations and utilizing SAP for system processes. Prior experience includes working in business development and foreign trade at the Port Harcourt Chamber of Commerce from March 2010 to February 2011, focusing on membership drives and incentives. Kelechi holds a Master’s degree in International Relations from Obafemi Awolowo University.
