Kelly Root

Kelly Root has a diverse work experience spanning over several years.

Kelly is currently working as a Senior Director of Client Success at Papa, starting in June 2022.

Before that, they worked at Icario where they held multiple roles including Senior Manager of Enterprise Client Success Strategy & Operations, Senior Client Success Manager Lead, and Senior Client Experience Advisor. Their tenure at Icario lasted from October 2020 to June 2022.

Prior to Icario, Kelly worked at Revel Health as a Senior Client Experience Advisor from October 2019 to October 2020.

Kelly also has experience in the pharmaceutical industry, having worked at ProPharma Group as an Executive Client Manager, Client Services Team Lead, and Client Service Coordinator. Their time at ProPharma Group spanned from September 2017 to October 2019.

Kelly's earlier work experiences include roles at the Minnesota Brain Injury Alliance and the Minnesota Stroke Association as a Public Relations and Development Associate and Resource Facilitator. Kelly worked at the Minnesota Brain Injury Alliance from December 2013 to September 2017 and at the Minnesota Stroke Association from January 2015 to August 2017.

Kelly also has international experience, having served as a Community Health and HIV/AIDS Educator in the Peace Corps from June 2011 to August 2013.

Their first job was as a Customer Service Associate at Carlson from September 2010 to May 2011.

Kelly Root attended Luther College from 2006 to 2010, earning a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Psychology. In 2009, they also briefly studied at James Cook University. In November 2013, they obtained a certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) from the American Heart Association | American Stroke Association.
