Lea Brandon, LMT, MBA has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Lea started their career as a Food Service Manager at New Life Family Camp in 2007. In 2012, they worked as a Business Consultant at Computer Doctor's, providing insights and guidance to improve business operations.

In 2014, Lea worked as a Certified Massage Therapist at Massage Green, focusing on maintaining excellent client services and improving client service scores and retention. Lea then worked as a Tax Preparer at JLA Taxes and Associates in 2016.

From 2016 to 2019, Lea served as a Licensed Massage Therapist at LaVida Massage, providing massage therapy services. In the same year, they also started their own business, My Time Massage, where they served as the Owner and Certified Massage Therapist. Lea was responsible for delivering supportive care to a variety of individuals, including athletes, active seniors, oncology patients, and hospice patients. Lea also aided clients with self-care, stress management, and pain management.

Lea gained experience as an In-Home Caregiver from 2009 to 2018, and as a Licensed Massage Therapist at Blue Sky Therapy Services LLC from 2017 to the present. At Blue Sky Therapy Services, they focus on providing massage therapy to auto injury clients, including those with traumatic brain injuries, quadriplegia, and paraplegia. Lea works collaboratively with a team of other professionals, including therapists and healthcare aids.

In 2018, Lea founded Lea Brandon Business Consulting, where they serve as the Managing Owner. With over 32 years of experience in small organization development, non-profit organizations, and small business services, they provide mentorship and guidance to self-employed professionals, helping them identify strengths, address weaknesses, and develop effective business strategies.

Lea's most recent position is as a Member Care Specialist at Papa, a role they started in April 2021. In this role, they assist and supports community members with transportation, grocery shopping, pet care, light housework, technology assistance, and companionship. Lea also encourages healthy self-care and helps members find necessary resources.

Lea Brandon, LMT, MBA, has a diverse education history. Lea began their academic journey in 2002, where they attended the Health Enrichment Center in Lapeer, MI, and obtained a Diploma in Massage Therapy/Therapeutic Massage in 2003. In 2009, Lea enrolled at Northwood University and pursued a Bachelor's degree in Business Management, which they successfully completed in 2011.

Continuing their education, Lea joined the Northwood University - DeVos Graduate School in 2011, specializing in Leadership. Lea completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in 2012, solidifying their expertise in business and leadership practices.

In addition to their formal education, Lea Brandon has obtained several certifications to further enhance their skills. In October 2019, they earned the Licensed Massage Therapist credential from the Michigan Department of State, certifying their as a professional Massage Therapist. Lea has also completed additional certifications in various topics, such as Customer Service: Handling Abusive Customers, LinkedIn Premium Quick Tips, and Unconscious Bias, received from LinkedIn in March 2022.
