Miriam Membreno

Miriam Membreno has a diverse work experience spanning over 16 years. Miriam started their career at Baptist Health South Florida in 2005 as a Health Information Management professional, where they were responsible for various tasks such as releasing information to patients, assisting physicians with dictation and transcription, and processing patient appeals. In 2015, they joined UnitedHealth Group as a Clinical Coordinator, where they provided brief interventions to members using evidence-based techniques and documented member progress and treatment recommendations. In 2016, they transitioned to the role of Case Manager at UnitedHealth Group, where they created personalized care plans for patients, collaborated with patients' families and healthcare providers, and facilitated patients' treatments. In 2018, they joined Papa as a Care Success Manager, responsible for improving customer experience, managing member relationships, and training and overseeing a high-performing customer-obsessed team. Miriam later advanced to the role of Sr. Clinical Operations Manager at Papa, where they collaborated in the development and implementation of orientation and training programs for departmental staff, provided coaching and mentoring, and implemented procedures to increase productivity.

Miriam Membreno pursued their education at Florida International University. From 2008 to 2011, they earned a Bachelor's degree in Clinical/Medical Social Work. Subsequently, they continued their education at the same university and obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration, Management, and Operations from 2016 to 2018.
