Coleman Cox began their career in 2014 as an Instructor/Web Admin at Comedy Driving, Inc., where they taught people about Texas driving laws while maintaining a professional, funny, clean atmosphere. Coleman also helped to identify solutions to customer issues with running the online course, updating a user database, and making and receiving calls from customers dealing with other issues related to the company. In 2016, they became a Regional Field Director at Revolution Field Strategies. In 2017, they joined Health Net as a Customer Service Representative. Finally, in 2019, they were promoted to Senior Customer Service Representative and then to Customer Service Lead at Papaya.
