Daniel Clendenning has worked in a variety of roles in the technology and research fields since 2001. Daniel began their career as a Graduate Student at Caltech in 2001. Daniel then worked as a Business and Economics Consultant at Thomas P. Miller & Associates in 2003, as well as a Quantitative Analyst at the RAND Corporation. In 2005, they held the role of Research Analyst at Policy Analytics, LLC. In 2006, they were a Statistical Analyst at Walker Information. From 2007 to 2011, they worked as a Research Coordinator at the Center for Health Policy at IUPUI, followed by a role as Programmer and then Director of Information Technology Services at the National Conference of Insurance Guaranty Funds. In 2020, they became a Software Engineer at Gatekeeper Systems, and is currently a Senior Software Engineer at Papaya.
Daniel Clendenning completed their Bachelor of Science in Agricultural Economics from Purdue University between 1993 and 1997. Daniel then went on to pursue a Master of Science in Agricultural Economics from Purdue University between 1997 and 1999. In 1999, they earned a Master of Science in Social Sciences from Caltech.
