Courtney Graham

Courtney Graham is currently the Manager of Campus Recruitment Programs at Pape-Dawson Engineers. Prior to this role, at USAA, Courtney held various titles such as Talent Acquisition Partner I- University Relations and University Relations Recruiter. Previously, Courtney worked as a Talent Acquisition Recruiter at USAA. Before entering the recruiting field, Courtney gained experience as an Assistant Property Manager at Diamond Management. Courtney holds a Bachelor of Applied Art and Science in Infancy and Childhood Studies from The University of Texas at San Antonio and an Associate of Arts and Sciences in Early Childhood Education and Teaching from Alamo College.
