Matthew Estes

Matthew Estes, PE, currently serves as Associate Vice President at Pape-Dawson Engineers, where responsibilities include leading the development of roadway schematic and PS&E projects throughout Texas. With extensive experience in roadway project management, previous roles include Senior Project Manager and Senior Project Engineer at Pape-Dawson Engineers and Klotz Associates, where Matthew focused on municipal client projects. Prior to these positions, Matthew held roles at URS Corporation as Project Manager for Surface Transportation, HSMM as a Transportation Engineer, and the Texas Transportation Institute as a Graduate Research Assistant. Matthew began their career as a Civil Engineer at Anderson & Associates after earning a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Virginia Tech.
