Ruben de la Rosa

Ruben De La Rosa, P.E., PTOE, currently serves as a Senior Project Manager at Pape-Dawson Engineers since April 2015, having previously held the position of Project Manager. Prior experience includes working as an Engineer for the City of Killeen from February 2011 to April 2015, where design review and construction management were performed on significant projects such as the US 190/FM 2410/Rosewood Drive Pass Through Financing Project and the SH 195/SH 201 Pass Through Financing Project. Earlier experience as an Engineer Intern at VSL involved quality assurance inspections on bridge materials for Louisiana's Department of Transportation and Development projects, as well as conducting stressing calculations and designing post-tensioned concrete. Ruben De La Rosa holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from The University of Texas at Arlington and a Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of Houston.
