Arian Shahmar

Arian Shahmar has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. In 2015, they became the Chief Executive Officer of Vega Tek Hub. In 2016, they co-founded and served as the Vice President of Quest Global Solutions, focusing on philanthropically minded business endeavors. In 2017, they joined VEON as a GPO in the Source to Pay domain and later took on the role of Director of Transformation. In 2019, they became the Director of Process Excellence Source to Pay - Lead GPO. In 2020, Arian Shahmar co-founded PapEasy Inc. as the Co-Founder & COO, aiming to eradicate cervical cancer.

Arian Shahmar has a diverse educational background. In 2013-2014, they attended the University of Maryland and completed a Graduate Certificate Program in Developing Innovative Ideas for New Companies - Entrepreneurship. In 2009, they obtained a Graduate Certificate in Investment Appraisal and Project Risk Management from Queen's University. Arian also holds a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Banking and Finance from EMU, which they completed in 2007-2009. Prior to that, in 2006-2007, they obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from EMU, specializing in Business Analysis, Management, Marketing, and Economics.

In addition to their degrees, Arian Shahmar has obtained several certifications. These include an Advanced Diploma in GBS from The Hackett Group in 2018, S&P Center of Excellence - Internal trainer of Sourcing and Procurement certification from Infosys Portland in 2015, Sourcing and Procurement Domain Expert - Practice Training Certification from Infosys BPO in 2015, Client Effective Relationship certification from Infosys BPO in 2015, Lean Expert Certified from GENPACT in 2015, Lean Ace 5 Star certification from GENPACT in 2014, and Developing Innovative Ideas for New Companies: The First Step in Entrepreneurship certification from the University of Maryland in 2014.
