Gianluca Cialini

Gianluca Cialini is an accomplished engineering leader with extensive experience in the design and development of automated industrial machinery. Currently serving as Engineering Leader at Paper Converting Machine Company since February 2023, Gianluca previously held various positions at Fameccanica Group from July 2013 to January 2023, including Advanced Design Leader and Regional Design Manager, overseeing design activities across multiple locations. Earlier in the career, Gianluca managed project lifecycles at Disa Italia and contributed to mechanical design at Tecnomatic SpA and Protomeccanica. With a Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering focused on Industrial Automation and Robotics from Università degli Studi dell'Aquila, Gianluca also shared knowledge as a Mechanics Teacher at ITIS and demonstrated strong technical skills in CAD design and team leadership throughout the professional journey.
