Qualifications
Senior-level Program Manager positions may require at least 4 years of experience in project coordination, workflow management, product development, and related roles.
Familiarity with project management methodologies, tools, and techniques is essential. Experience with project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and risk management is highly valuable
Strong written and verbal communication skills are crucial for an Associate Program Manager
Program Managers often work with data to track project progress and assess performance
Responsibilities
Assist in coordinating and managing various projects within the program. This includes creating project schedules, setting deadlines, and ensuring that tasks are completed on time
Facilitate communication between different teams and stakeholders involved in the program
Creating workflow and SOP to maintaining product development progress
Collect and analyze data related to the program's performance and impact
Ensure that the program's deliverables meet the required quality standards
Coordinate the capacity estimation together with Product Manager and End Team/ Engineer Manager
Drive the discussion during the scope and timeline projection assessment and communicate it to the stakeholders
Analyze the overall initiatives to see the independencies to other products/program/tribes and align with the respective team/ tribe
