Damasta Handi Hairullah has over 9 years of work experience in the IT field. In 2012, they began as a NOC Engineer at Maxindo Mitra Solusi, where they co-operated with field technicians to install internet connection at client sites, maintained and monitored radio signals and frequencies, and configured Router MikroTik in accordance with company regulations. In 2013, they moved to Altermyth as an ICT Staff, where they maintained, monitored, and troubleshot internet and local connections (LAN/WiFi) and PCs and laptops. In 2015, they became an IT Executive at Marquee Executive Offices, where they maintained, monitored, and troubleshot internet and local connections (LAN/WiFi) and PCs and laptops, and monitored, managed, and maintained internal websites (cPanel). In 2016, they worked as a System Administrator at PT. Prodigy Infinitech, where they provided virtual machines for SIT/UAT/Production using VMWare, installed Linux OS CentOS 7 for development/staging/production, and installed, configured, and optimized Apache & Nginx Web Servers. In 2017, they worked at PT. Infinetworks Global (Pacomnet) as both a System Administrator and IT Security. As a System Administrator, they maintained and monitored Server Infinetworks Global using Nagios dashboard, provided virtual machines for SIT/UAT/Production using VMWare, and installed Linux OS CentOS 6 and CentOS 7 for SIT/UAT/Production. As IT Security, they created a standard to Hardening a Linux Server (CentOS 7) and Harden a Linux Server, created, updated, and reviewed IT Security Policy documents regularly, and created, updated, and reviewed risk assessment documents regularly. In 2019, they became a System Administrator at PT Citra Talenta Gemilang, where they provided virtual machines for staging/production using VMWare, installed Linux OS CentOS 7 for staging/production, and installed, configured, and optimized Apache & Nginx Web Servers. In 2020, they moved to Paper.id as a Senior DevOps & Security Engineer, where they improved Jenkins pipelines and Dockerfile code to speed up the build process and migrated Paper.id application to GKE Cluster from GCE Instance. In 2021, they worked at Confidential as a System Administrator, where they provided a GCE Instance for Staging/Production, created CI/CD pipelines using Gitlab-Runner, and monitored and reviewed GCE Instance. Damasta Handi also worked at PT Bank Danamon Indonesia, Tbk. as a Technical Security Support. In 2022, they moved back to Paper.id as a DevOps Engineer, where they mentored junior DevOps to do daily tasks, monitored and maintained GCE Instance and GKE Cluster, and created BGP over IPSec Tunnel for private connection to Paper.

Damasta Handi Hairullah attended SMK Negeri 1 Jakarta from 2009 to 2012, where they earned a High School degree in Teknik Komputer dan Jaringan. Damasta Handi then went on to pursue a Bachelor's degree in Teknik Informatika at Universitas Mercu Buana from 2015 to 2019.
