Nadia Ratna Fitriani

Nadia Ratna Fitriani is an experienced leader in financial services and product management, currently serving as the VP of Financial Services Business Unit at Paper.id since April 2023. In this role, Nadia manages a team of 30 professionals across various functions and is responsible for new product development, user acquisition, and revenue management. Notable achievements include the successful launch of innovative financing solutions for SMEs and the rapid growth of the Virtual Corporate Card offering. Prior to Paper.id, Nadia held key roles at Arrow, Traveloka, Investasiku, and Citi, demonstrating a strong track record in product strategy, business development, and market entry strategies, contributing to significant user growth and operational efficiency. Nadia co-founded Investasiku and has a diverse background in digital transformation and community development, complemented by academic credentials from the Institute of Technology Bandung.
