Chitra Ramanan

Chitra Ramanan has extensive experience in sales and customer support. Chitra is currently working as the Vice President of Sales & Customer Support at Paper Mart since May 2023. Previously, they worked at KPMG US as a Consultant-Sales Transformation Advisory from January 2022 to April 2023. Prior to that, they were a Consultant-Sales Strategy and Operations at Shansa Consulting Inc from 2020 to 2022. Chitra also served as the West Region Sales Manager at Veritiv Corporation from 2017 to 2020, Regional Sales Director & Business Unit Manager at Nefab from 2014 to 2017, Regional Sales Manager at Tyco SimplexGrinnell from 2012 to 2014, and held various roles at Xerox, including Principal Project Manager, Black Belt-Lean Six Sigma, Area Sales Director, and Corporate Accounts Sales Manager.

Chitra Ramanan holds an MBA degree in Marketing from Pepperdine Graziadio Business School. Chitra also obtained a Master's degree in Economics from Savitribai Phule Pune University and a Bachelor's degree in Economics & English from the same university. In addition to their academic qualifications, Chitra has obtained various certifications, including Lean Advisor Certification from The Pyzdek Institute in 2018, Lean Six Sigma Black Belt from Xerox in 2010, and completed a Leadership Development Program at the Center for Creative Leadership in 2004.
