Shane Leidy

Shane Leidy has extensive work experience in operations and management roles. They started their career in 2010 as an Operations Manager at Abacus Lodging Investors and worked there until 2013. They then moved on to CC Industries as a Project Manager from 2013 to 2015. In 2015, they joined Dexter Park Hotel Partners as a Senior Associate until 2017. From 2017 to 2021, they worked at Breather in various roles including Regional Operations Manager and Director of Real Estate Operations. Currently, they are at Paper, where they started as a Strategic Operations Manager in 2021 and progressed to Senior Manager and later became the Director of Internal Operations in 2022.

Shane Leidy obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality and Tourism Management from Roosevelt University between 2008 and 2012. In 2016, they earned a Certificate in Hotel Real Estate Investments and Asset Management from Cornell Peter and Stephanie Nolan School of Hotel Administration.
