Steve Holmes has a diverse work experience in various roles within the technology industry. Steve began their career at Dell in 1996 as a Corporate Technical Support Manager and later worked as a Technical Service Account Manager. Steve then progressed to becoming a Senior Manager for UK Technical Services, where they led a team supporting major accounts. Steve went on to hold several director-level positions at Dell, including Director for Service Operations in Regional Markets, Director for Service Delivery in the UK, Ireland, and South Africa, and Director for UK Channel Operations. In their roles, they focused on driving operational effectiveness, overseeing service delivery, and leading sales operations. Steve also served as Sales Director for Channel Services in EMEA, Sales Director for Enterprise Solutions in the UK Channel, and UK Commercial Channel Director, responsible for strategy and financial performance of the UK Channel business at Dell. Steve joined PaperCut Software in 2016 as the EMEA and Americas Regional Director and GM and was later promoted to the position of Global Head of Sales & Channel and EMEA GM. In their current role, Steve is responsible for developing and supporting customers across the globe through both direct and indirect ecosystems.
From 1987 to 1990, Steve Holmes attended Bracknell & Wokingham College and obtained a National Diploma in Business and Finance.
