Mohammad Iftekhar has a strong background in human resources, with experience in various roles and companies. Mohammad is currently working as a Human Resources Lead at Paperfly since April 2022. Mohammad Iftekhar has an educational background in management studies. In 2004, they enrolled at the University of Chittagong, where they pursued a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree. Following this, in 2008, they attended the University of Chittagong once again, this time for an MBA degree in International Management, which they obtained in 2009.
In 2010, Mohammad went to the Bangladesh Institute of Management to further their studies in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration. Mohammad completed a Post Graduate Diploma in Personnel Management in 2011.
