Mohammad Iftekhar

Mohammad Iftekhar has a strong background in human resources, with experience in various roles and companies. Mohammad is currently working as a Human Resources Lead at Paperfly since April 2022. Previously, they worked at Consort Flexipack Limited as a Human Resources Lead from September 2019 to March 2022, where they were responsible for recruitment and simplifying the salary structure. Prior to that, they worked at Sterling and Wilson as a Human Resources Manager - Bangladesh (HOD) from October 2017 to August 2019, where they implemented HR strategies and managed various HR functions. Mohammad also served as an HR Business Partner at GSK from July 2014 to September 2017, focusing on HRIS systems, recruitment, and performance management. Additionally, they have experience as a Team Member in HR & IR at BSRM from April 2013 to June 2014, and as an Officer in HR & Administration at Pedrollo nk Limited from November 2009 to March 2013.

Mohammad Iftekhar has an educational background in management studies. In 2004, they enrolled at the University of Chittagong, where they pursued a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree. Mohammad completed their BBA in 2007. Following this, in 2008, they attended the University of Chittagong once again, this time for an MBA degree in International Management, which they obtained in 2009.

In 2010, Mohammad went to the Bangladesh Institute of Management to further their studies in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration. Mohammad completed a Post Graduate Diploma in Personnel Management in 2011.

In addition to their formal education, Mohammad has also obtained certifications in Emotional Intelligence at work from Coventry University and First Line Leader Training from GSK. The specific dates of when they obtained these certifications are not provided.
