Ryan Policella

Ryan Policella is an accomplished sales leader with extensive experience in business development and customer growth. Currently serving as the Vice President of Sales at Paperless Parts since July 2024, Ryan has previously held significant roles including Vice President of Customer Growth and Vice President of Global Business Development at Validity Inc. from August 2021 to July 2024. Prior to that, Ryan was the Director of Business Development at CloudHealth by VMware and served as Regional Sales Manager and in CX Sales within Life Sciences at Oracle. Ryan began their career as an Account Executive at Orbis Clinical from 2009 to 2012. Ryan holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Management and Economics from Springfield College.
