Raquel Ledezma-Haight

Raquel Ledezma-Haight has worked in various product management roles, gaining extensive experience in strategic planning, stakeholder management, and roadmap development. Raquel started their career at Gravity as a Marketing Intern, where they collaborated with different teams to create a strategic marketing plan. Raquel then worked as a Research Assistant at the Rissman Memory Lab, assisting in a brain imaging study and analyzing data. Later, Raquel joined QMENTA Inc as a Neuroscience Research and Data Intern, where they contributed to the Entrepreneurial Brain Project by researching brain circuits and presenting an abstract at a conference. Raquel then moved on to LifeSci Advisors, LLC as a Biotech Equity Research Intern, conducting research and preparing reports. Raquel joined x.ai as a Customer Experience Associate, conducting user research and designing a scoring model for marketing opportunities. Raquel later became a Product Manager at x.ai, leading cross-functional teams and managing projects. Currently, they are working at Paperless Post as a Senior Product Manager, responsible for product strategy, planning, and roadmap development for creative editing and event management tools. Raquel also leads stakeholder management and sets growth goals for the team. Overall, Raquel has a strong background in product management, research, and marketing.

Raquel Ledezma-Haight completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Neuroscience and Behavior, as well as Business Management, from Columbia University between 2012 and 2016. In 2014, they participated in a study abroad program at Universitat de Barcelona. Additionally, they attended Windward School, although no specific start or end dates were provided for this institution.
