Terry Rosche

Terry Rosche has extensive work experience, starting as a Consultant at Universal Scheduling in 1979. Terry then worked as a Material Control Manager at Knoll from 1983 to 1992, followed by roles as Director of Materials at American of Martinsville from 1992 to 1994, and Operations Manager at Pioneer Plastics from 1994 to 1995. Terry was then the Director of Manufacturing at Doehler-Jarvis, Inc from 1995 to 1998 and Director of Operations at Triumph Group from 1998 to 1999. Terry then joined Avery Dennison as Director, Enterprise Lean Sigma from 1999 to 2011. Terry later served as the Vice President of Continuous Improvement and Vice President of Operations at PaperWorks Industries, Inc. since 2011.

Terry Rosche earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) with a focus on Operations Research from Shippensburg University of Pennsylvania in 1979. Later, they obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Ashland University in 1992.
