Tim Hagenbuch

Tim Hagenbuch is an experienced leader in the paper manufacturing industry, currently serving as General Manager at PaperWorks, where the Wabash Mill produces coated paperboard from 100% recycled fibers. Previous positions include General Manager at Weidmann Electrical Technology and WestRock Eaton Mill, and President of Papermaking Consulting Services, LLC. Hagenbuch has held various roles emphasizing operational excellence, safety, and quality at multiple mills, including leadership positions at Rock-Tenn Company and Caraustar. Hagenbuch possesses a strong foundation in paper engineering, with a degree from Western Michigan University. Additionally, contributions to industry organizations include serving on the board of the Recycled Paperboard Technical Association and as Managing Director of the Paper Technology Foundation at Western Michigan University.
