Guilherme has a strong academic background with degrees in law and management, alongside certifications in data protection from reputable institutions, such as the Irish Computer Society and Rumos. Previously, Guilherme held roles as a jurist and lawyer at CGD and João Ferreira Pinto Advogados, while also serving as a professor in digital economy at Instituto Superior de Gestão.
