Sören Schwarz

Sören Schwarz has a diverse work experience in various industries. Sören started their career in 2012 as an intern at FLSmidth Wadgassen GmbH, where they worked on their Master's thesis in the area of conveying systems. Later, they became a Quality Control Engineer and Supervisor at the same company, responsible for quality assurance and solving technical problems. Sören also supervised manufacturing sequences and conducted final inspections of steel-assemblies. Sören then joined BRÜCK® in 2016 as an Executive Welding Engineer, where they managed the executive department, handled bid proposals, and managed certifications. Sören also worked on R&D of weldabilities and production management. Most recently, Sören worked at PAPREC as a Pressure Part Expert, both at PAPREC ENGINEERING CNIM and CNIM, starting in July 2019.

Sören Schwarz obtained a Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng.) degree in Mechanical Engineering from Hochschule für Technik und Wirtschaft des Saarlandes Saarbrücken, where they studied from 2007 to 2010. In 2011 to 2012, they attended SLV GSI Saarbrücken and obtained a degree as an IWE International Welding Engineer specializing in Welding Technology. Additionally, from 2010 to 2012, they pursued a Master of Engineering (M.Eng.) degree in Mechanical Engineering with a specialization in Fabrication Engineering again at Hochschule für Technik und Wirtschaft des Saarlandes Saarbrücken. Sören Schwarz also holds several additional certifications, including Flame Straightening Expert obtained in March 2018 from GSI SLV Saarbrücken - Trier, Certified Dye Penetrant Controller Level 2 (DIN EN ISO 9712) obtained in March 2015 from GSI SLV Duisburg, and Certified Visual Controller Level 2 (DIN EN ISO 9712) obtained in August 2013 from GSI SLV Saarbrücken.
