Tiina Kostian

Tiina Kostian is a European Trademark Attorney at Papula-Nevinpat since June 2023, with extensive experience in intellectual property law. Previously, Tiina held the position of Intellectual Property Counsel at Stoli® Group for a brief period in 2022 and served as an Intellectual Property Lawyer and Partner at Patent Agency Leitzinger Oy from May 2000 to November 2022. In this role, Tiina specialized in trademark law, managing trademark processes for both large and small foreign and Finnish companies, and is authorized to represent clients before the EUIPO and Finnish patent office. Tiina's responsibilities included drafting and filing oppositions, appeals, and legal agreements, as well as handling trademark searches and counterfeit cases. Educational background includes a Master's degree in Law from the University of Turku, completed in 2001.
