Macarena Sabalza

Macarena Sabalza has a diverse work experience spanning from teaching roles to user acquisition management in the tech industry. Macarena started their career as an English Kindergarten Teacher at Toddlers - Jardín de Infantes, where they were in charge of extracurricular workshops and implemented daily activities for preschool-age children. Macarena then transitioned into the field of digital marketing, working as an Account Manager at Online Media Performance, where they implemented and optimized campaigns on various platforms and analyzed their performance. At IMS Internet Media Services, they served as a Performance Account Manager, implementing and optimizing performance campaigns on platforms like Twitter and Snapchat. Macarena then joined Etermax as a User Acquisition Specialist, responsible for managing marketing budgets and creating, optimizing, and analyzing performance marketing campaigns. Later, they worked as the Head of User Acquisition | Growth at Storybook App, designing data-driven strategies to increase company revenue and overseeing customer acquisition and retention. Currently, they are employed at Papumba as a User Acquisition Manager, leading online performance marketing efforts and coordinating with creative agencies for the production of ads and assets. Throughout their career, Macarena Sabalza has consistently demonstrated their expertise in user acquisition and growth strategies.

Macarena Sabalza completed their Licenciatura en Publicidad (Degree in Advertising) from Universidad del Salvador from 2012 to 2016.
