Mel Tobiczyk

Mel Tobiczyk currently serves as the VP of Marketing & Merchandising at Par Mar Oil Company, a position held since April 2016. In this role, Mel designs and executes innovative layouts for site locations that enhance customer engagement and promote sales, including producing necessary field measurements for As-built CAD drawings. Prior to this, Mel was the Director of Merchandising at Team Sledd Convenience Distribution from August 1989 to April 2016, where skills in developing and implementing merchandising initiatives led to increased store volumes and profits. Mel also effectively managed a team of 12 merchandisers and maintained accurate records of independent accounts while contributing to the executive leadership team.
