Manager IT Operations at Par Pacific Holdings

Constance Rowan has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. From 1997 to 1999, they worked as a Student Technician at Shelton School District, where they gained experience in managing network infrastructure, troubleshooting, and using ticketing systems. In 1999, they became the Owner/Manager of Generation D Computers, overseeing a team of six staff members and managing all aspects of the business. During this time, they also honed their skills in break-fix and trained their own staff. From 1999 to 2003, Constance worked as a Network Administrator at Gateway Christian Fellowship, where they managed the network and computers, assisted with office and accounting needs, and became proficient in Windows Domain, Active Directory Management, and Exchange Management. Since 2016, Constance has been working at Par Pacific Holdings, Inc., first as an IT Supervisor, overseeing IT employees and contractors, as well as directing data center operations. Currently, they hold the position of Manager IT Operations, where they coordinate the management of network systems, staff, and operational technology for the Tacoma refinery IT, while also handling budget and project management responsibilities. Throughout their career, Constance has demonstrated leadership and expertise in various technical roles, and continually developed their skills in project management, staff supervision, and IT operations.

Constance Rowan attended Olympic College from 2001 to 2003, where they earned an Associate's degree in Business Management.
