Jeffrey Cummins has extensive work experience in procurement and management roles. Jeffrey started their career at Ashland, Inc., where they spent 15 years and worked their way up to Customer Support Manager. At Ashland, they managed customer service and support, integrated divisions, and generated significant revenue. Jeffrey then joined Aloha Airlines as the Director of Procurement, overseeing inventory management and materials planning. In this role, they restored relationships between business units and implemented audit recommendations for improved performance. After that, Cummins worked at Univar as an Administrative Manager, leading a customer support and inside sales team and implementing improvements in billing and dispatch processes. Jeffrey then joined Tesoro as a Director/Manager of Procurement, where they played a key role in cost reduction and contract strategy for maintenance projects. Currently, Cummins is with Par Pacific Holdings, Inc. as Director, Corporate Procurement. Jeffrey has been with the company since 2013 and has contributed to the company's growth through integrating acquired businesses and standardizing procurement processes.

Jeffrey Cummins has a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Business Management from Pepperdine University. Jeffrey also holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in International Business from the University of Hawai'i - Shidler College of Business. In addition to their formal education, they have obtained a certification in Successful Negotiation: Essential Strategies and Skills from the University of Michigan in December 2021.
