Ryan Kelley

Ryan Kelley has served as Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer since January 2022. Prior to joining Par Pacific, Mr. Kelley served as both Chief Information Officer and Chief Procurement Officer for Motiva Enterprises, LLC. Previously, he served in a variety of IT and Procurement leadership roles with Andeavor Corporation, AT&T, The Texas Restaurant Association, and Raba-Kistner. Mr. Kelley holds a bachelor's degree in Business and an MBA, both from The University of Texas at San Antonio.
