Rachel Hardman

Rachel Hardman has a solid work experience in the finance and operations field. Rachel started their career at Capital Electric Line Builders in 1995, where they held various roles such as Accounting Administrator, Payroll Manager, and Accounting Manager. Rachel then joined PAR Electrical Contractors, LLC in 2006 as an Office Manager and later became the Regional Controller. In 2021, they transitioned to PAR Western Line Contractors, LLC, where they first served as a Senior Operations Controller before assuming their current role as the Vice President of Finance in July 2022.

Rachel Hardman has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of Saint Mary. Rachel also holds certifications as a Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) from the American Payroll Association (APA) and as a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) from SHRM.
