Brian McCaman

Brian McCaman has a long and varied career in sales. Brian began their career in 2007 as a Sr. Account Executive, Group Sales at the Arizona Diamondbacks, where they developed relationships with groups such as the Department of Defense, business leaders, school districts, county leaders, Indian tribes, and municipality leaders. In 2013, they joined UnitedHealth Group as an Account Executive, where they established professional relationships with brokers, account managers, and strategic partners. Brian was also recruited to create sales training programs for 1,000 sales and account management team members within the lower 48 states. In 2019, they joined Baldwin Krystyn Sherman Partners (BKS-Partners) as an Advisor, Employee Benefits, where they created and procured contracts and developed pricing models. In 2020, they began roles as a Member at RevGenius, a Director of Sales at Alliance Background, and a Host at WerkPerks Podcast. In 2021, they became the Director, Sales & Partnerships at InsideOut. Currently, they are the Director of Sales at PAR - Psychological Assessment Resources, a leading publisher of psychological assessment materials.

Brian McCaman is currently enrolled in Auburn University Harbert College of Business, where they are pursuing an Executive MBA in Business Administration and Management, General. Prior to this, they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Recreation, Parks, and Tourism Management from San Diego State University. In addition, they hold certifications as a Crossfit Level 2 Certified Trainer from CrossFit, LLC (obtained in June 2022), an Insurance Broker, Accident, Health, Life, Variable Life & Variable Annuity from Independent Consultant (obtained in April 2019), and a Crossfit Level 1 from CrossFit, LLC (obtained in June 2017).
