Robert Bossio has over twenty years of professional experience in the software engineering and development industry. Robert began their career in 1997 as a Specialist/Year 2000 Project Leader at Anderson Consulting, where they developed, tracked and controlled the project schedule for Ford's pension system year 2000 conversion efforts. In 1998, they joined RapportNET as a Technical Lead. From 2002 to 2005, they worked at Edcor Data Services as a Technical Lead/Business Analyst, where they architected and developed Windows based COM for integrating Sharable Content Object Reference Model (SCORM) courseware specifications into Edcor's proprietary training delivery web application. In 2005, they joined Interactive Business Systems as a Project Manager, where they designed and built .NET web and desktop applications for medium to large organizations. Robert then worked as a Software Engineer at Volt (Contract: Raytheon) from 2006 to 2007, where they designed and built ASP, VB6, and .NET web based learning management system (LMS). In 2007, they joined TechServe, Inc. (Contract: Lear Corporation) as a Software Engineer, where they developed business requirements, project planning and execution. From 2012 to 2017, they worked at Baxter International Inc. as a Sr. Software Engineer, where they analyzed business requirements and developed design documentation for the DoseEdge Pharmacy Workflow central server platform. Robert currently works at PAR - Psychological Assessment Resources as an Application Developer Manager.

Robert Bossio began their educational journey in 1987, when they attended McGill University and earned a BCom in Management Information Systems. Robert then continued their education at the University of Detroit Mercy, where they earned an MS in Computer and Information Systems in 1997. Most recently, they are currently enrolled at the University of the Cumberlands, where they are pursuing a Doctor of Philosophy - PhD in Cyber/Computer Forensics and Counterterrorism.
