Ana M. Carrión-Silva has a diverse range of work experience. Currently, they are a Member at Chief, a private network designed to promote women in positions of power. In 2015, they became the Chief Development Officer at Para la Naturaleza, where they led fundraising efforts and achieved a 140% increase in overall fundraising income. From 2010 to 2018, they founded and operated Interaktiva Kids, LLC. Ana M. has also held positions such as Vice President for Institutional Advancement at CUNY-Hostos Community College, General Manager at Interaktiva, LLC, and Federal Affairs Advisor at the Office of the Governor of Puerto Rico. Additionally, they worked as the Convention Manager for the Puerto Rico Delegation at the Democratic National Convention. In their earlier career, they served as Deputy Executive Director at the Puerto Rico Federal Affairs Administration and Deputy Communications Director at the same organization. Ana has demonstrated expertise in fundraising, communications, government relations, and leadership development throughout their career.

Ana M. Carrión-Silva obtained their Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology & Business from Georgetown University, where they studied from 1987 to 1991. Ana M. then pursued further education and completed their Master of Arts degree in Public Communications from American University, attending from 1992 to 1994. Additionally, Ana obtained a Certificate of Completion from Asana in March 2022.
