Melissa Vega Zayas

Melissa Vega Zayas has extensive experience in communications, editorial project coordination, and customer service, currently serving as the Communications & Editorial Project Coordinator at Para la Naturaleza since October 2015, after roles as Reservations Coordinator and Reservations Leader within the same organization. Prior to this, Melissa owned and operated Change is Baking from 2013 to August 2019 and worked as a Customer Service Representative at Para la Naturaleza. Additional experience includes positions at Diageo as a Temporary Sales Assistant/Office Manager, as a Freelance Business Consultant, and various managerial roles at Ropajes, Inc., Oui, Samantha Thavasa, Searle, and Berenson Associates, Inc. Melissa holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from the Universidad de Puerto Rico, obtained between 1999 and 2003.
