Casey Eiseman

Casey Eiseman is a seasoned professional in human resources and operations, currently serving as the Managing Director of Human Resources at Para Los Niños since October 2023. Prior to this role, Eiseman was the Managing Director of Talent & Operations at Thrive Scholars from October 2021 to October 2023. Eiseman's extensive experience includes serving as the Regional Business Partner for the West Region at City Year for nearly a decade, overseeing site strategies, staff relations, and financial operations. Additional experience includes leadership positions such as Associate Director at Esperanza NY, Inc. and roles at the Vera Institute of Justice and New York University as an adjunct professor. Eiseman holds a Master of Public Administration from New York University and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Vassar College.
