Diwakar Pattabiraman

Diwakar Pattabiraman is an experienced professional in the field of cancer biology, currently serving as Director and previously as Associate Director of Discovery Biology at Parabilis Medicines since June 2022, where responsibilities include overseeing oncology drug discovery from target ideation to understanding mechanisms of action of lead compounds. At Dartmouth College, Diwakar has been an Adjunct Faculty and Assistant Professor since October 2017, focusing research on intra-tumoral heterogeneity in breast cancer. Previous roles include Membership at Norris Cotton Cancer Center and a post-doctoral research fellowship at Whitehead Institute, alongside contributions as a Senior Research Assistant at Mater Medical Research Institute and the University of Queensland. Diwakar holds a PhD in Cancer Biology and a Master of Philosophy in Molecular Cell Biology from The University of Queensland.
