Jane Gaynor is a seasoned leadership coach and founder of Gain Your Edge Coaching, INC, established in January 2013. With extensive experience in executive coaching as an associate at Parachute Executive Coaching and a TAIS coach at Third Factor, Jane excels in fostering client awareness and clarity while facilitating effective change management. Previously, Jane has held significant positions in business development and account management across reputable organizations, including Campbell Company of Canada, Maple Leaf Foods, Griffith Laboratories, E. & J. Gallo Winery, and Marriott Hotels. Jane's educational background includes a Bachelor of Commerce Honours in Hospitality from the University of Guelph and completion of the Core Essentials Program™ at Coach U.
