Debra Stearns

Debra Stearns has a diverse and extensive work experience in finance and accounting. Debra is currently employed as a Staff Accountant at Parachute Health, where they are responsible for managing general ledger accounts, accounts payable/receivable functions, and conducting meetings with sales management to address accounting concerns. Prior to their current role, Debra served as the Finance and Operations Manager at Daylight Company LLC from 2005 to 2021. In this position, they improved accounts receivable procedures, reconciled financial accounts to enhance cash flow, and processed payroll and sales commission reports. Debra previously worked as an Accountant at SK&T Integration from 1999 to 2005, and as a Senior Accountant at Columbia Savings & Loan in 1989. Debra began their career at Douglas Aircraft as a Senior Financial Analyst from 1986 to 1989.

Debra Stearns completed their education with a Master of Science degree in Accounting from San Francisco State University. Debra attended this university from 1981 to 1983, focusing on Accounting and Business. Prior to that, Debra attended Westmont College from 1979 to 1981. Although the information does not indicate whether they obtained a degree during their time at Westmont College, their field of study there was also in Accounting.
