The Parachute Health board of directors is composed of experienced professionals with backgrounds in private equity, healthcare, and information technology. Many of the members have held leadership positions at major corporations, such as McKesson Corporation, The Carlyle Group, and Blackstone Group. The board also includes individuals with experience as CEO's, venture capitalists, and investment bankers. Members of the board have degrees from prestigious universities, such as Cornell University, Emory University, and Vassar College.
