Paul Roddy has a diverse work experience in various roles and organizations. Paul served as the Associate/Chief Operations Officer (COO) at Paraclete Mission Group, Inc., where they were responsible for research, grant proposal writing, and implementing development programs for non-profit organizations. Prior to that, they worked as the President & CEO at Kids Voting Arizona, overseeing the day-to-day operations of a non-profit educational organization. Paul also served as President & CEO at Bid Match USA and APTAN, Inc. Additionally, they held the position of Director of Public Affairs at the Tempe Chamber of Commerce, where they managed committees and advocated for the business community. Paul started their career as a Special Assistant to the Senator at the Office of US Senator Dennis DeConcini, where they provided services to constituents and resolved issues with federal agencies.
Paul Roddy's education history begins with their completion of a College Prep program at Woodbury High School from 1972 to 1975. Paul then attended Rutgers University - Camden from 1975 to 1979, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree with a focus on Political Science, Public Administration, and U.S. History. After a significant gap, they enrolled at Stanford University in 1990 and the University of Colorado Boulder in 1991 to complete U.S. Chamber of Commerce Certificates in Non-Profit/Public/Organizational Management.
