Anne Holtzman

Anne Holtzman has extensive work experience in various roles within different companies. Anne is currently serving as the Director of Implementation Services & Solutions at Parade since August 2023. Prior to that, they worked as a Senior Manager of Onboarding from January 2022 to August 2023, and as a Customer Success Manager from June 2021 to January 2022.

Before joining Parade, Anne worked at Banyan Technology for a significant period of time. Anne served as a Senior Implementation Manager from December 2019 to June 2021, where they were responsible for managing the configuration process for new and existing clients. Anne also worked as a Manager of Client Success and Partnerships from April 2017 to December 2019, overseeing relationship management and optimizing profitability. Prior to that, they held the positions of Implementation Manager, Client Solutions Manager, and Client Solution Representative, where they played vital roles in client support, training, and maintaining strong client relationships.

Earlier in their career, Anne worked as a Retail Personal Banker at Fifth Third Bank from January 2004 to June 2007. Anne also served as an Administrative Assistant at the Great Lakes Innovation and Development Enterprise (GLIDE) from January 2002 to December 2003.
