Malcolm D'Souza

Malcolm D'Souza, PMP has extensive work experience in the field of IT infrastructure and operations. Malcolm is currently working as the Senior Director of IT Infrastructure & Operations at Paradies Lagardère. Prior to this, they served as the Director of IT Transition Lead and Director of Brand Relationship Management at Retail Business Services. Malcolm also held various positions at Ahold USA, including Senior Director of IT Transformation, Senior Director of IM Enterprise Architecture, and Senior Director of Service Delivery. Malcolm has a long history with Stop & Shop, where they served as Senior Director of Information Systems & Technology for almost two decades. Malcolm also worked as a Network Manager at BTM Capital and as a Network Analyst at Fleet Investment Services. Their career began at Commonwealth of Massachusetts Division of Capital Planning and Operations, where they served as the EDP Operations Coordinator. Malcolm's experience encompasses a wide range of IT roles and responsibilities, including infrastructure support, project management, and relationship management.
