Philipp Gruner

Philipp Gruner, MBA, currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer at Paradigm Panels since September 2022. Prior to this role, Philipp held the position of CEO and Executive Director at Vernon & District Immigrant and Community Services Society from June 2020 to February 2023, successfully leading the organization to profitability within nine months by implementing a sustainable strategic plan. Additionally, Philipp led Gruner Consulting Inc. from April 2020 to February 2023, assisting in the completion of new strategic ventures for a mid-sized project delivery company. Philipp's extensive experience also includes a lengthy tenure at Civeo North America, where responsibilities spanned from Senior Vice President Operations to other leadership roles, focusing on operational oversight and strategic restructuring. Educational credentials include an MBA from Athabasca University, a BC Provincial Instructor Diploma, and various certifications in project management, arbitration, and hospitality management.
